To Whom It May Concern,

I am writing you regarding the business known as, Balance of Nature. On 20/October/2022 I went on to their web site to place an order for their Fruits and Vegetable supplements, to get a reduced price, you had to join a “Preferred Customer Membership” for a sum of $24.95, so I did, and I placed my order. On 24 / October /2022 the order arrived, it was a large jar of “Fiber & Spice “something I did not order or want.

I immediately called the company at [protected] to inform them of this error. After a lengthy conversation I was told I needed to speak with the “Returns department”. I was connected and the number just kept ringing, finally, I was just disconnected. I called back and was told, “the returns dept is a small dept with only a few people and to just leave a message”, I did this again only to get a message, “call back during regular business hours” and was disconnected.

25 / October / 2022 I called the company back in the morning, I spoke with a Lucas whom I explained the situation only to be told, “you ordered the “Fiber & Spice” further I “should have placed my order on the telephone”, and I had to deal directly with the returns dept. I informed him it was deceptive on the web site and I did not order any Fiber & spice. Once again, I was transferred to this so called “returns department” this time I did get a machine telling me to leave a message and I did.

I waited until approximately 1600 hrs. and called them back once again. I spoke with someone who assured me that I would receive a full refund and I had to leave a message for the refund dept. I informed him I did and wanted to speak with a supervisor I was put on hold and when he returned, I WAS TOLD HIS SUPERVISOR SAID,” I HAD TO LEAVE A MESSAGE WITH THE RETURNS DEPT. I informed him I did not ask him to speak to the supervisor for me and I wanted to speak with a supervisor. He just hung up on me.

26 / October /2022 I received an email telling me I could return the “Fibers & Spice “for a refund but I had to absorb the return $ 14.55. I called back spoke with a Robin who tols me I would receive a full refund including the postage I paid $ 14.55 but I had to leave a message with the returns department once again. Need I say I am very insecure of anything that deals with the “Refund department”. I was instructed to hold on and was hung up on more that several times by Robin.

To conclude, it is incomprehensible how a company with such a large following can operate with such a small staff in the returns department, further, to use deceptive advertisements on the web site to confuse the elderly is unforgivable and this company should be fined and forced to straighten up its web site before being allowed to continue to operate. I am seeking a full refund for all cost incurred.
