Dallas Area Used Car Dealers Indicted in Money Laundering Scheme
SHERMAN, Texas - Two Dallas area used car dealers have been charged with federal violations in the Eastern District of Texas, announced U.S. Attorney John M. Bales today.
Bahman Hafez Amini, also known as Ben Amini, 44, of Parker, Texas, and Jose Ivan Jimenez, 47, of Dallas, appeared on Nov. 16, 2011, before U.S. Magistrate Judge Amos Mazzant on money laundering charge.
According to the indictment, Amini served as the owner and operator of Dallas Roadster, a company which sold used cars, and Jimenez was employed as a salesman for Dallas Roadster. In four separate transactions, Amini and Jimenez sold cars to an individual directed by law enforcement and undercover Drug Enforcement Administration agents who represented that the money that they used to purchase the cars came from the distribution of controlled substances. Amini and Jimenez also titled these transactions in the names of third parties in order to conceal the source of payment and true ownership of the automobiles, and also agreed to withhold required reports about the transactions from the federal government. On Nov. 9, 2011, a federal grand jury returned a four-count indictment charging Amini and Jimenez with money laundering.
If convicted, Amini and Jimenez each face up to 20 years in federal prison on each count of the indictment
This case is being investigated by the D.E.A. and prosecuted by Assistant U.S. Attorney Shamoil T. Shipchandler.
A grand jury indictment is not evidence of guilt. All defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.

Buyer beware: This company purchases used cars with various factory defects and accidents. They will not be upfront about the accidents the car has been in and the issues you may experience with the car. They claim to have the "Car Fax" for all their vehicles, yet the reports are not complete and hide accidents. Basically after you purchase the car from them, they are done with treating you as a human; you become an idiotic animal that knows nothing about vehicles. If you are not a foreign car expert who has a thorough understanding of the vehicles on their lot then please stay away from this place. There are plenty of other dealerships who are willing to please their customers and maintain a good standing with them; however, this is not one of those dealerships. The guy who handles financing the vehicles is named Larry. He told me not to worry about the bad reviews because they are false. He further explained that one day a drug dealer came to their dealership and bought several cars from them and he paid in cash. Dallas Roadster is a very shady business who prefers to sell cars to drug dealers to support their shady business. If you want a nice car, go anywhere but this awful place.

All four have been under psychiatric care of Docotor Toghra Ghaem Maghani in Toronto. Afarin Maleki was hospitalized for psychiatric care ie. she was in a mental institute. She also claims that MARK JAMES CHARLEBOIS #815 is a close and person friend of hers. This is the type of garbage and refuge the York Regional Police align themselves with. Think about that if you are called in "for a chat" or if you want to deal with this trash.

After having to deal with these bozos (Ben Amini and Ben K.) for the lemon they sold me I had to defend my purchase with the FBI and State Attorney. I was contacted about the vehicle I purchased from Dallas Roadster by the FBI and State Attorney. I had to go through a grueling 3 interviews with them where they examined my finances etc. It turns out Dallas Roadster is nothing more than a money launder plant. This was the WOST! mistake I made in my life. I understand from other member's of the community that Dallas Roadster is still operational and that Ben A. And Ben K. are being kept on a short leash by the FBI. They are rats from what I understand and some other dealer told me they are still playing "the game".
