Backyard Dreamers Patchogue NY review: Swimming pool stair rail installation estimate

Vinnie resented my questioning about a product they were offering that I was not familiar with. He complained about making calls to me that I was unable to answer and I apologized. He said I " was unable to understand how to use a cell phone": text photos that I didn't receive. At his request I sent him a photo of the job site.He referred me to a site with pool rails but not the one I was interested in.Subsequently ,I was able go back to the site ,however, there were several similar rails with different product numbers. Called him back for a clarification. He became rude and impatient and said he no longer wished to deal with me since I "was not going to buy from him anyway" and hung up. I never intimated as such. I feel my questions were pertinent .

I don't recall ever being treated as poorly by any of your company recommendations.
