babyhogs.com review: Pet purchase / pet "refundable travel care"

I purchased an exotic pet from a reputable seller, she was using Ocean airway to have the pet shipped and sent to me. It has now been two almost three weeks, and they have been back and forth via email promising to refund all the money spent on this process, I have followed all of their requests and now they are not only REFUSING to send my money and in turn refuse to answer my emails or call me even though I have been patient and followed all of the emails. I have all of the emails from them and my responses. They were supposed to have refunded my full amount of 7,000 on October 13th, but they turned around and never sent my refund and asked for an additional 1500 without refunding what was already sent. This was supposed to be handled with them weeks ago and now they refuse to communicate with me. I only sent the "required funds" to them to complete this process and since it's dragging out I now can't pay my bills. The time frame they gave me would not have been a problem but now I feel I'm being taken for a ride and I'm getting sick over it.
