BDry review: the repair man left mess and didn't finish the job

My basement was flooded and I called to B Dry Systems of Michigan. The rep came and made some holes in my walls and floor. He damaged the tubes and left the mess after himself. When I asked if he has finished, he said no and told that he would return tomorrow. My basement still had leaks and I was so angry. Of course the repair man didn’t come back so quickly and I hired another company already. They didn’t tip-toe around the problem for long time as B Dry Systems did.
