Dear McDonald`s team. Thanks for your service. I live in Istanbul, but my parents live in Baku, Azerbaijan. I visited my parents in Baku and McDonald`s by noted address is very close to our house. And because my son is the big fan of McDonald`s we of course visited it every day :)
In Istanbul and in Moscow, as well as in Sankt-Petersburg and Ukraine with all menus there are ketchup and mayonnaise for free. But in Azerbaijan all McDonald`s sell ketchup and mayonnaise despite of you buy menu or not. Happy Meal is also menu but they stated if I want ketchup and mayonnaise I had to buy it for 0.60 AZN (about 50 cent). And I also was surprised when I bought menu for myself they again sold the ketchup and mayonnaise to me. They did not give any sauces with any menu. It is not normal. They just sell them. I heard as tourists who came to eat there was very upset and angry of this. And they said that I could omplain anybody in this world but it will be not changed... It is a big struck to McDnald`s reputation!
