I was gifted their diaper bag from my mom for my child that was born in October. Within less than a year the $200 bag was falling apart. The stitching is coming apart on all the handles. The magnetic closure on the front no longer works because the magnet fell out of place. It’s gotten worse and worse over the last few months. I finally reached out to customer service and they admitted that their original stitching was poor and they’ve since improved it. But instead of rectifying my situation they offered me a 25% off. They expected me to spend over $150 for a new bag when I had been using the last one for less than a year. I went to their Facebook page and saw that this was a problem for many people and everyone had the same things to say about the poor customer service and poor quality. Now the owner has her husband reviewing to try and bury all the complaints.
