AXIX SOLUTIONS PTE LTD review: UNRELIABLE AGENT & UNDER-TRAINED WORKERS

Cheap no doubt. By hiring a maid from this agency you are not only inviting damage to your household stuff but also loads of stress & tension. I was provided a maid by this agency young & no training provided. Maid often fall sick, forgetful, cant manage household chores even after a year. Agent didn't help when complained to her about the maid. I had a lazy, disrespectful & unhygienic maid. She broke my kitchen appliance with no word of apology. My maid woke up at 7.30am unlike other maids. So so lazy, my kitchen had ants including the cabinet. Agent on a sunday called & yelled at us (husband&wife) that why isn't the maid taking her phone. Now. look at that, when the agent itself if teaching the maids to talk over the phone during working hours. We finally sent her home the very next day. To my surprise, maid left after the miserable 1 year we had with her... no sorry no thank you. Typical Indian Maids are such... they are never be compassionate & no gratitude towards whatever you do for them.
