Dear Sir/Madam,
would like to inform you i have purchased Samsung Galaxy S5 from AWOK on 08.11.2017 and received defective item (heating and battery going down very fast even within one hour finishing), also rusted cover which is broken from back side. i have submitted my complaint on 17.11.2017. not getting positive response. as per AWOK send this item with your own expenses and pay for courier charges.. why should i pay for courier charges when it is not my mistake but mistake of person who sent defective item.. i requested them to arrange booking with some courier and let that courier collect from me which AWOK UAE not accepting. please inform AWOK office to collect defective item from my office and send me correct item or refund me back my money.
