AW Bridal has copied a patented wedding card box that I designed in 2007 and hold a US Design Patent on with the USPTO. It is a 4 sided photo display card box that is patented in the US with the USPTO. AW Bridal sells the copied item on Amazon.

So, I tried shopping at AW Bridal, and honestly, it wasn't the best experience. First off, their customer service was pretty bad. I tried calling their number that's supposed to be based out of California, but nobody ever answered. And when I did email them, the response was just okay. Not the most helpful, you know?

And then when it came to the dresses, I was pretty disappointed. I was hoping to find something cute and stylish, but nothing really caught my eye. Plus, they didn't have a ton of sizes available.

If you're looking for a better experience, I'd recommend trying out thepromshop.net. They have awesome dresses at great prices, and I was super impressed with their selection. And they've got sizes from 2 to 18, so you're sure to find something that fits just right.

Overall, I wouldn't say that my time at AW Bridal was terrible, but it definitely wasn't the best shopping experience I've had. If you're looking for quality dresses and great customer service, you might want to look elsewhere. But if you're in a pinch and don't mind some hassles, it might be worth checking out.

The stuff from AW Bridal is too pricey for what you get, you know? Just bought a dress from there, and the sewing job felt like it was done by a five-year-old. The seams weren't even finished, and the stuff was coming out of the reg'dy stitches. Got some shoes too, but those were too small. And they wouldn't even let me bring them back! This company is the worst, swear to God. Don't waste your time or bucks with them, 'cause the only thing they sell is straight-up trash. Zero-star review from me, 'cause they're terrible at what they do.

I bought a dress from AW Bridal for my son's wedding, y'know, the big day where your child gets married and you want to look your best. But it was like they just threw the dress together and didn't give it a second glance. The side seams were all crooked and it was way too loose in some parts and too tight in others. My daughter bought a dress from this website awbridal.com, but it didn't fit her well, so she wanted to return it. She tried numerous times to contact the company through phone calls, emails, and even chatting online but received no response from their end. She decided to cancel another order as well, but the company still hasn't replied to her about any of it. I understand that stuff can go wrong with orders, but the lack of communication from this company is irritating! Things are getting frustrating as they already collected the money for both dresses and haven't given information about returning the first dress. I am disappointed as I see my daughter getting troubled over this issue, so I tried to contact them myself, but no response. I'm not even sure if she will ever receive her refund. I am beyond frustrated and angry with this type of service. I believe that this company is just taking our money without any intention of providing good customer service. I don't recommend buying from this website, it's not worth the trouble! I will definitely report this to the Better Business Bureau.

So, I ordered an evening gown from AW Bridal for my daughter's wedding and boy, was I excited to receive it! But, it was a total bummer when I opened the package and found the dress had two visible stains on both sides of the front. The fit was also a major disappointment. The bra inside the dress wasn't secure enough and the straps were excessively long, making it a struggle to wear.

Despite all these flaws, I have to admit the dress itself was quite beautiful. Unfortunately, the defects were hard to ignore and I reached out to the seller immediately, demanding a refund. But, they refused to return the full amount and offered only a sum to cover dry cleaning expenses. Needless to say, this left me feeling pretty unhappy.

I done paid that additional 19.99 fer that customizin' thingy, ya know what I mean? I gave 'em all my measurements 'n I even told 'em in fancy directions box that I wanted it to be tea length. But when I gets that dress, it weren't even customized! I'm only 5 foot 2, but that dress were all the way down to the floor. It didn't fit none too good neither. It was all wrinkly 'n had a nasty ol' stain on it too. Can ya believe it? They give me some address to send it back, but then they tell me it's gonna be expensive to send 'er back. So, I gotta write on the package that it's just a cheap gift. I reckon this company's just plain dishonest. Ain't no two ways 'bout it.

I recently bought the Lorraine jumpsuit from AW Bridal website (awbridal.com) for an upcoming wedding. I was eagerly waiting for the parcel to arrive, and when it finally did, I ripped open the packaging and tried on the jumpsuit. Unfortunately, I noticed that the straps were all wrong - a big no-no for a wedding outfit! I was disappointed that such a basic detail was overlooked by the company.

Since the wedding was fast approaching, I immediately contacted the customer service team to request a refund. And boy, was I in for a surprise! They refused to cover the shipping costs, claiming that shipping to China would cost over $200. I found it rather strange considering that they were the ones responsible for sending me the wrong jumpsuit, which was custom made for someone else.

After a lot of back and forth, they finally offered me a measly $40 instead of a full refund. I was shocked at their lack of empathy and unprofessional behavior. It was frustrating, and each time I contacted customer support, they seemed uninterested in resolving my issue.

To make matters worse, the material used for the jumpsuit was of poor quality, and the color wasn't as vibrant as advertised on their website. The fit of the jumpsuit was also a bit odd, which was a letdown since I had high expectations for this piece.

Overall, my experience with AW Bridal was a disappointing one. Their customer service was terrible, and their faulty products only added to the agony. I would not recommend purchasing from this website.

I don't recommend this company at all. Yeah, the dress looks stunning but it didn't fit right. So, I shot them an email for returning the dress and guess what? I was informed that I gotta pay the shipping cost to China! Hold on a minute, they're operating from California as well but they don't accept returns there. A rip-off, ya'know. They suggested me to keep the dress instead and offered a $20 compensation whereas the original cost was $90. Like seriously? Is this the way they treat their customers? Returning items to most companies is free and they even provide prepaid return labels but this one expects customers to pay a hefty amount for returning an item. A word of advice, if you have your eyes on a dress here, do hop onto Amazon for checking out the same dress, chances are they'll have it just like mine. And let me tell you, returning stuff to Amazon is a piece of cake.
