Avoya Travel Network review: If booked with at we would receive all the following perks

Sheila Hale with Avoya Travel. This company offered if we booked a RC Cruise date March 5,

2023-March 12, 2023 leaving from Galveston, TX. We would get past guest discount, free gratuities ($125.00 per person) for 6 guest coming up Sept. 1st, 2022. Staterooms:

Oceanview Balconies.

We never rec'd any of these perks that was offered. Our stateroom was a Boardwalk room interior. We have made many many attempts to get this solved since December of 2022. This agent never would send confirmation as stated. Avoya has many numbers to call but, goes directly to a call center and you need to leave a message.
