I rented a car Thursday March 23, 2023 through Friday March 25,2023 through Priceline.com, because I get discounts as a full time PhD student, and the car got changed at the Avis Window, into a car that was more expensive, and had caked cigarette ash in the part that slides back and a cigarette burn in the top by the driver side window. I called the day I was using the car, to take my ashmatic six year old to the doctor, and I did not see the damage to the car, until the morning when we are on the way to his doctors appointments. Credit one didnt file dispute, priceline re-charge me for collision, and Avis now put an additional charge on my card.

This is the worst experience I have ever had dealing with a rental car company or affiliate, in my entire experience as a driver.

Please adjust, or I will file lawsuit with a lawyer, given I have proof of recorded phone calls.

Desired outcome: Refunds from Priceline, Refunds from Avis, and now second unknown charge from Avis. And something to make up from this undesirable and unacceptable situation.
