Although customer service was fine when needed it was eventually ineffective. On 28th April 2025 I purchased a 3-year subscription for PDF Suite 2021. This was debited to my Visa account AUD$164.96. I used the product successfully for one year and it started failing to launch.
I took the matter up with Customer service and regardless I was unable to get the PDF suite downloaded - always an error message. Customer service on-line was unable to get it working either.
The product was unstable, I am using up to date computer and windows 11 no problem there either.
My last email from PDF today said "Please note that PDF Suite Version 2015 to 2021 is no longer supported. You will need to purchase a new version. You can view the latest pricing and options here: "
As I have been denied 2 years of use of my product I certainly will not be buying anything else from them.
Sad as I was just getting the hang of using it.

Recommendation: Exercise caution as to the life expectancy of the product if you buy 3 years get a guarantee that it wont expire until then
