Hi, I have placed order Sales Order No.:AAT91106055 Order Date:10/18/2022 Sold by:AutoPartsPrime. I order 2 Parts 1) Part No.: 87106-07120Genuine Toyota SERVO SUB-ASSY, DAMP. 2) Part No.: 87106-06290Genuine Toyota SERVO SUB-ASSY, DAMP.

Now Part no 2 is not working. When I spoke with them they wanted the diagnostic to be done by dealer. I did that too. Now its been 2 weeks and they telling me we not able to contact saler due to holidays. Just doing time pass. Need help if anyone can help me.
