I took my car into auto lenders winslow for a oil change, 4 tires and alignment. I called ahead to service for the tires I picked. Then I made the appointment. It took over 7, count them 7 hours. I made the appointment at 9:30. They let me sit till after lunch, then told me tires were on their way. Only about an hour more. At NO time was I told the tires weren't ordered, or given a chance to reschedule. Then 3 more hours to finish.
Plenty of finger pointing between deptments about fault. There just isn't any customer service or any kind of courtesy. This just is unexceptable.

Recommendation: Good luck,these guys suck
