Auto Lenders review: Charged for insurance I did not want and was told it would be refunded

2/5/26- Bought a 2022 Jeep Compass. Did not realize until the next day added insurance was placed. 2/6/26 went back and management assured me it would be deducted from my loan. I did receive credit for the one insurance. but was told the second one gap from Cargo would take longer. When I spoke to Cargo they told me no policy was ever created. 2/27/26 Spoke to management told me I would receive my money within the week. Was not done.

Claimed loss: 995.oo

Desired outcome: 995.00napplied to loan principle
