I bought a pair of boots from the company Australia Luxe Collective. I paid them $500 and received the confirmation email and the tracking number. After a week, I checked the status of my order, which was in the process. I sent several emails and asked about it. They told me that I would receive my order within 10 days. After 10 days I received nothing, and I sent 5 emails, but no response. I wonder if there are other people, who had the same experience. Can you write comments about your situation, please?

I ordered 2 pairs of boots I received an email confirming my order. After 2 weeks or so never received any boots . I tried to track my package through the website I received a response statingredients my order was cancel. I have not been able to speak to anyone via email after many attempts I got an email with this number so far no one have answered my calls
The answering machine is not like a business no company greetings and many times is a fact that picks up I feel as if I'm dealing with a private merchants selling from their apartment

MY LUXE BOOTS HAVE TWISTED MY LEGGINGS FROM DAY ONE. VERY ANNOYING. WHAT TO DO? ONLY THE RIGHT BOOT DOES THAT. SO UNCOMFORTABLE. PLEASE HELP FCOSTA@03240.COMCAST.NET

I WOULD GO TO YOUR BANK AND ASK TO HAVE YOUR HARD EARNED CASH RECALLED AS YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED GOODS ORDERED & PAID FOR. ALOT OF PEOPLE DON'T KNOW THAT THEY HAVE THE RIGHT TO DO THIS & YOUR BANK CAN DO IT FOR YOU. I'M IN AUSTRALIA & WE HAVE THIS FACILITY AVAILABLE TO US. I'M SURE IT WOULD BE THE SAME IS OTHER COUNTRIES, DEFINATELY WORTH A TRY - YOU HAVE NOTHING TO LOOSE BUT MAY JUST GET YOUR $500 BACK. GOOD LUCK! SAVE YOUR MONEY DON'T DEAL WITH AUSTRALIA LUXE - NO CUSTOMER SERVICE WHATSOEVER. WANT A PAIR OF UGGS BUY UGG AUSTRALIA ! I PURCHASED A PAIR OF NORDIC ANGEL HIGH BOOTS FOR OVER $400 PLUS AND TWO BUTTONS FELL OFF AFTER WEARING THEM FOR THE FIRST TIME. I HAVE ATTEMPTED TO NO AVAIL TO CONTACT THEM VIA EMAIL THAT MANY TIMES I'VE LOST TRACK TO PURCHASE SPARE BUTTONS. NO PHONE NUMBER LISTED ANYWHERE TO BE FOUND.
