Aurora Pools and Spa Lexington KY review: Pool

My husband and I purchased a pool From Aurora Pools and Spas in Lexington KY and it was installed July 2021. When it was installed and we were able to fill it up with water it immediately was leaking around the pump/filter system. We called and they came out and fixed the issue supposedly. So we used our pool until the end of August, closed and winterized our pool as they recommended. When we opened our pool this year we filled it with water and immediately had issues. The filter system was leaking water again. At this time we had not even had our pool for 1 year. We called them and they said they could possibly replace the top part of the filter system but we would have to drive to Lexington to pick it up, so we did. Brought home the new piece and put it on, and we still had the same issue! I called them back to see if we could get someone to come out and look at it and fix it reminding them that we had not had the pool for 1 year at this time. Their response was that they would NOT come and look at it or fix it without charging and mind you it was Not cheap, and other than that we were on our own! We continue to have problems with our pool at this time.
