AUI Realty LLC review: Slum landlord

I moved into one of their units on April the 3rd. It has been a headache from the door literally. First day that I arrived, the unit was extremely dirty! Previous tenants stuff still in the closet, bugs in the windowpane, and the agent had the audacity to tell me that they only light clean and I have to do the rest! The floor had a 3 inch Gap separated from the panel, the door frame was off the door not secured, I went into the kitchen and a cabinet door was inches from falling and hit me on my head! That day they had to remove the stove because the place was smelling like gas and it was unsafe! They expected me to wait four or five days before they fixed the door which meant I was not secure in the place I just moved into from Houston Texas. Come to find out when my movers arrived, the water in the basement drained all night long because of faulty repair! The day they started repairing the floor I heard mice in the vents. I told their worker about it I told the office about it and they took it very lightly until I had to literally spot a rat in my unit a month later! The people in the office wanted to charge me to pay the water bill that their repair person bunched up; mind you, when they did the repairs I was still living in Houston and had not gotten the keys to this unit yet. This place was not too far off from being condemned and it looked nothing like the condition that was in the picture! Now, the newest thing is the sink got so stopped up to where a plumber had to come out. Apparently the pipes had so much grease in it to where the water wouldn't drain! Now they want to charge me for the plumbing issues and I rent from them. Besides that, I barely cook I eat Uber eats a lot! And when I do cook I use a crock pot. I do not cook fried foods very often and when I do I store my grease let it harden up and then I throw it away! This company is a scandal they took my deposit and my first month's rent and had me move into a unit that was not safe for me to live!
