Bloomex

Placed an order 24 hours prior to valentine's day and paid the extra cost to have it delivered on that day. I received no phone calls and no emails to tell me anything had happened. The site clearly stated bloomex delivers on sundays if it is valentines day. The delivery was not made. It took me all day to get in contact with anyone only twice. The first phone call the lady confirmed that the flowers would be delivered today.. After hours of no delivery I got in contact a second time only to then be told no we will deliver on tuesday?! Once I started to try and make a complaint she hung up in my face. Very rude. If I am being honest they are very bad at customer service and are false advertising. Full of [censored] to be direct.
