Gaura Travel Solutions - Refund not received even in 2 years
Hi,
We purchased a ticket from Sydney to Kolkata in early 2020. Flight was cancelled by Airlines (Thai airlines). A refund application was lodged on 26.04.20

Last update given on 31.10.21
After that we have no information and we havnt received any refund every after almost 2 yrs
