Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal [VCAT] - Case H366/2019

I am desperate for a decision in a vexatious sexual harassment case brought by someone who I have an IVO against, who's been arrested numerous times for breaching my IVO, who's now facing stalking charges as well as IVO breach charges. The complainant, Sara Irwin, is using VCAT's refusal to make a decision as a tool to try and obtain an IVO against me - she's stated in an application form that she has an order against me from VCAT, which is untrue. It is now 495 days since I was first contacted by VCAT about this matter, and nearly 6 months since we did the tribunal bit (which took 2 whole days, a disgrace given that the matter should have been struck out ab initio). VCAT will not speak to me, they will not respond, they even tried to stop me subpoenaing Police offers for the tribunal (I had to complain to the Attorney General), they will not make a decision, they have treated me like dirt from the start purely because of my gender.

Desired outcome: A written determination from VCAT, and one that acknowledges the vexatious nature of the complaint from Sara Irwin.
