Terrible Customer Service- rude and unprofessional Store Manager
On 26 May 2019, I purchased a lounge set from Harvey Norman Castle Hill store for $3, 009 (Original price $3, 239 less Discount $230). Finally the lounge arrived on 18 Sep after so many promises but store charged the full amount $3, 239 instead of $3, 009 from my Go Master Card. Later I contacted to the sales person and raised that issue. Sale person escalated it to her store manager (Jignesh) as she wasn't able to resolve it. In early October I physically went to the store and spoken with the store manager about that issue and I was promised by him that the money ($230) will be reimburse into my account within a week.
It almost six weeks since then but money hasn't been reimbursed into my account. This morning I therefore call the store manager and ask about my refund. However, the guy (Jignesh) was so aggressive and refuse to answer my questions. One stage he accused me falsely that I told him "money is in his pocket" what I never said to him. Unbelievable rudeness and absolutely unprofessional manner - as a result I had to stop talking with him.
Think before visit to the Castle Hill Store - better to avoid that store
