Woolworths

Today I went to get some grocerry 23/11/2019 around 8:50 pm for christmas holiday with my mom and dad but was very disappointed and angry moment to me. I have noticed every time we shop in woolworths campsie at the check out there is 2 lady service team member they were staring at us as if we are stealing them 1 lady even asked we if I have scanned niva soap I told her I did and asked her to check the register screen and told her if she has any dought she can scan it for me and she denied it and called other lady team member she even stayed at the side and kept staring at us and I felt very embarrased in front of my parents my wife even argued with her stating why she was staring and she simply said its my job? I didnt expect that from woolworths service team I know they work for woolworths but that doesnot mean you stare at customer the whole time until they pay. I work at kfc and we never do such kind of staring at customer. They even simply dont care about the value of the customer I think and nor effort to say sorry. I hope they are well trained to handle customer and customer service doesnot mean handing out the bags and saying next customer please to the check out. Looking forward on training the service member's as on a customer view.
