Atlantic Construction review: Work paid for, not done

I engaged Atlantic to replace the floor and repair the wall in my laundry. On July 27, John Chadnick, the owner asked me for a check to purchase materials. I Gave him a check for $1,243.00 which he immediately cashed. the next time we spoke he assured me he had purchased the flooring.

I called him numerous times. In December, I gave up calling because he ignored my calls.
