Association Management, Inc. (AMI) has failed to enforce the Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CC&R) for our subdivision. There are many portions of the CC&R being ignored, including noise violations by allowing illegal fireworks at residences and in the common area on Independence Day, allowing junk and toys to be left in front yards, allowing garages to be used for storage instead of cars, permitting inoperable cars to be stored on property and in the street, and the list could go on.

Our most immediate concern is the failure of AMI to properly maintain the fence on our property, which is their responsibility. AMI allows others to have gates, but they have not stained our fence as required by the CC&R. Our largest concern is that AMI is not responding to our requests for repairs, leaving us to repair the fence they own at our personal expense. Despite multiple attempts to reach out to AMI, we have not received any response. We have made contact attempts on 04/17/2022 and 06/02/2022 specifically regarding our fence, but all our previous attempts to address the fence and other violations have been met with silence or contempt.

We are seeking to have our fence repaired and maintained as per the CC&R, reimbursement for the expenses we have incurred while doing our own repairs, as well as exemption from future association dues and a refund of prior years' dues. We have been living in this neighborhood without receiving the attention described in the CC&R for the fence and other violations mentioned in this complaint.
