Assignment Mavens review: Immediate refund of the $281.78 that I paid for the purchase.

I placed an order on August 28th after being promised that they had the ability to complete what I had asked them to. They did not and I was pushed off many times with empty promises. I was promised a refund finally but then again ignored. I was then offered a 50% refund and a discount on future purchases. I replied with no, I wanted the entirety refunded. I finally got an offer of 75%. After being exhausted because you can never speak to anyone except by email or chat and even chat tells you to write an email which is to be responded to in 24 hrs, I accepted the 75% just to be done with them. I received an email on 10/14/2022 stating that the money was refunded and it would show up in 2-3 business days. It is now the 24 (10 days later) and there is still nothing returned. Again I called and was told the refund department does not take phone calls and that I needed to email them and they would respond in 24 hrs. Below are screen shots of where I was promised a 100% refund. also attached thee email stating that the deposit was made (no confirmation number) and nothing is in my account as a refund.
