Aspire Credit Card review: Credit card

I have 2 aspire credit cards was the worst mistake of my life stay away from this company. I have had the credit cards for about 2 years and had made my payments on the app like clockwork. Nothing late ever ! I made my normal payments and the app said I was caught up. I then looked a couple days later and it showed I didn’t pay it and that on top of that I had a late fee. I callled customer service only to be gaslight about how I had made the payment early and it was applied to the balance . I explained that I had made the payment that the app had said I owed and then the gaslighting started about how I hadn’t really made a payment and now I owed that payment and additional late fees. I asked for a supervisor and was told that she was the supervisor and no one is above her. I ended up making 3 payments that month just to catch it up. I closed that account out. Fast forward to my open account a couple months later and I again go to the app to make my payment and the app won’t accept my debit card saying it was a credit card. I tried it several times and then took a screenshot. I called the phone line and payed it via phone with no problem using the same debit card that wouldn’t work on the app. I called customer service to ask why the app wouldn’t accept my debit card and said it was a credit card . He told me it was declined because of insufficient funds. (even though I had made the payment already) I then said that’s not what happened and stated to him that it seems when the app makes a mistake it costs me money . I then asked for a way to talk to someone else about the problems with the app and he gave me an email. First time I have ever been able to escalate it past the very rude and disrespectful customer service people. With all due respect avoid these guys they are very crooked and blatant about it!
