I received an email filled by many others from a Ask Crew company. I have never heard of them. I don’t know who they are and yet they seem to talk as though they are there to help me? I soon noticed that their company Lemandale took 49.00 out of my PayPal account without my permission and I have no idea how they got any of my personal information. This is scary. Another scam? I believe they are out of the UK. Can you help please?
Country of complaint: United States
Desired outcome: To get my money back and shut this company down
I just saw where Lemandale charged my PayPal account. 25 cents twice and 50 cents twice! Just think how much money they're making by charging each person just a dollar or two. What can be done about it? I'm a newly widow with no income and can't afford to be scammed out of a dollar or two. Think of how many people don't pay attention when it's small charges.
I want my money back, u keep taking $49 USD out of my account . I don’t even know who u r, give it back.
just noticed lemandale OR should it be LEMONDALE started on my accnt 23.9.22 had 5 debits @ over $100 AU dollars $49 us equates to 79 us $ ITS a scam IMO and Paypal is condoning it ALL i want is my money refunded, .
I have also had the same thing happen!I don’t remember anyone helping me with anything…. Has anyone had any luck in getting their money back?
I have received $98 back from PayPal. Out of the $148 paid to Lemandale. PayPal have closed the “ case”, which can’t be reopened. I, therefore, have raised a further complaint to ask them to repay the outstanding amount. Thus far with no response. I originally asked them to also explain how Lemandale got access to my PayPal account, but got no response.

I am not paying for someone to tell me what was ordered...
I dont think I authorized anything from that company.
You were supposed to tell me why you're stealing $25 a month from my account when I've NEVER used your services. Your response? Send me to a page asking for my credit card info, which you clearly already have--so I have to PAY to get my answer? This is BS. I WANT TO CANCEL THIS SUBSCRIPTION AND I WANT MY MONEY REFUNDED IMMEDIATELY. I'M FILING A CLAIM WITH MY BANK
I had the same problem they just took $49 for nothing and they took $0,25 on three occasions. They did what Facebook told me to do and did nothing for me. I want my money back.

The same here just got an message and don’t even know who they are!😡😡
I also received an email stating Lemandal had taken $49.00 from my account through PayPal. WTH?!
I have no clue who they are or how they got my information or access to my PayPal account.
Any suggestions on how to stop this nonsense would be greatly appreciated!
I too have had exactly the same experience as all of the other complainants. It is unclear whether anyone has received a satisfactory explanation from PayPal as to how Lemandale got access to their PayPal accounts, or indeed, whether anyone has received their money back from PayPal. To date 6 payments totalling $148 have been paid to Lemandale from my PayPal account since November 4 last year.
I had the same happen to me in this month: first on 12/27 for $0.50, $0.25, then on 01/03 $49.00. I just started to check this out, but I'm also going to dispute it with PayPal and my bank. BTW, I finally got a phone number for PayPal Cust. Serv from another dispute: [protected] and they are located in San Jose, CA If I have any luck finding Lemandale LTD, I'll let you all know.
Askcrew I believe came up when I was trying to change my password with Google but and having trouble with it.
Exactly the same has happened to me. AskCrew has taken £49.00 via PayPal from my Amex credit card with no authority. I have alerted Amex about the scam and they are pursuing it.
