Ask Crew/Lemandale Limited review: Unauthorized paypal charge 56

Hi there, I have just had the very same thing happen to me. I received an email from PayPal notifying me that $49 has been transferred from my account to Lemandale Limited. I have no idea who they are or how they got my details…

They have taken $49 out of my account twice. I don’t know how to stop it.

I have had three taken out. I just emailed the Billing department to cancel. I did cancel in July, but can't find the email. Hope it works, if not I will have to cancel my card again!

Lemandale limited also took 49.00dollars from my PayPal account, after charging a dollar to answer a question,which I found the answer after.I cancelled the subscription after I saw that they charged me ,but I want the forty nine dollars refunded back to my PayPal account.how can I contact them?

Same as above comments. I had $40 taken out of my Paypal account! Have any one of you been refunded yet?

I've never heard of gthem either till I noticed that USA$49 which is NZ$89. I kept going back and found 4 withdraws of 50c.then the wammy today. Also they have taken 4 other large amounts. God I'm getting older and don't want or need this.

I have an issue and contacted Crew support who charged me $1 to answer my question. However,

since after that, they have been charging my account $49, i don’t know who they are and yet they seem to talk as though they are there to help me? I soon noticed that their company Lemandale took 49.00 out of my PayPal account without my permission and I have no idea how they got any of my personal information. They have charged my account for 2 months now.

I had the same thing, it was from howly.come, of of the ask professionals. You must have signed up for 1$ trial but they dis not send any email with log in info and even when i went to reset password get in to cancel it did not send email.

I was able to use the number on paypal to contact them and they issued refund. But yes it was a little skid-dish especially because they charged me before the end u day trial was up

nightmare of a scamming so called company!

Like all of you i never authorised any PayPal payments & don’t know how they got my details?

I phoned my bank & they have permanently cancelled any further payments to this company

& my bank are going to refund me the £46 phew! Hopefully it works for fingers crossed.

My suggestion would be for everyone to contact their banks immediately. I really hope all of you get this issue resolved as soon as possible. I wish you all the best.

I have had the same thing happen and have had to cancel my card that I have attached to PayPal.This has mucked up all my automatic payment schedules that I have with PayPal.. My bank has returned one payment so far and I now have to wait for PayPal to get a response from their dispute made to this scamming company. It really is a nuisance and too much of this type of fraudulant activity is happening these days.It seems we have no options but to do all our business electronically and it is opening us up to a lot of scammers which makes us so vulnerable.

Unfortunately my complaint is the same, I don’t remember signing up for this and wonder how they have received my information to deduct money every month. Unfortunately I noticed after 3 payments were made, tried to contact them directly and is now 5 payments. I would love my payments refunded as this just seems to be one big scam. Just one of many out there it would seem.

I received an email that Lemondale would take out $49 a month for a subscription. Like others I had paid $1 for a tech answer the day before, I did two things. I went into my PayPal account and cancelled the active online payment and I also ‘chatted’ with someone from Howly, who eventually agreed to unsubscribe me from their service.

Happened to me too, I need a refund ASAP. I'm on disability and I live below the poverty line and need my money returned ASAP

£46 just came out of my account, via PayPal. I have started complaint/fraud proceedings with my bank, and PayPal. Thank god I have notifications set up with both.

This is a scam. If you need to ask a question you are sent to Ask Crew. They explain a $1.00 charge that is totally refundable. What they don't tell you is that there is a monthly charge of $49.00 for a subscription so you can ask questions anytime in the future. But you have to pay the $49.00 before you can cancel the subscription. But I still can't cancel mine. When I try I get a new application for the$1.00 one time refundable fee to contact Ask Crew. So, obviously, I don't have 24/7 access even though they took the monthly payment from my PayPal account.

I am very disgusted with PayPal. I've always used this app and haven't had this happen. But it is the PayPal rep that sends you to the Ask Crew site with your question. They don't mention the monthly fee that automatically is taken out. They say you can cancel after the fee is paid, but, as you see, they want me to pay the $1.00 fee again. So another new subscription will be generated and charged.

I don’t have any idea why or who gave permission but they got way more than one payment

Stop taking money from my account I can’t even find out what your charging me for. But I will contact t I local police and BBB

I have not set up for auto pay. I expect my money refunded and taken off your mailing list. I have read others have gone through the same thing.

Lemondale limited keeps taking money from my pay pal account I only signed up for trial I did not give permission 3 lots of 75 dollars has been taken from me I want my money back don't know how u going to doit because I took my card off pay pal if I don't get money back I let my bank dispute it and I will go to police would like my name taken away from what ever scam u got going on and money back

I contacted them to help me solve an issue with my computer. They asked for $1 which I paid. They didn't help me though they were very nice. I solved my own pb... Then I just discovered that I had been registered to pay $59 every month. I canceled the next payment but I would like to be refunded for the $59. I complained to Paypal. I tried to re-contact Lemandale but I wasn't able to do that.

Any idea?

I, too, am a "victim" of this scam. Paid USD1 for help and noticed a $49 taken off my PayPal account. I did not sign up for any monthly subscription.

Do not, repeat, do not use this site for any reason what so ever. It is a scam and nothing more. I wanted an answer to a question, (I don't even remember asking) and was taken to this site and for $1.00 they would give me an answer or a solution to my problem. What a lie, scam, ripoff, or whatever you want to call it...They took $74.00 out of my bank account and I want it back. I never saw $74.00 in any of the information I had read about there services. $1.00 was the charge for there service, if I was satisfied. Well I am not satisfied, and I want my $74.00 returned to my bank account now. How do these people sleep at night, or at all, knowing they are stealing from people who have worked so hard for their money and have nothing to show for the money you charged them (without their authorization, I may add) and get away with it. Well I intend to get every cent of my money back from this ripoff of a web site. I will post my results favorable or not. Thanks

I had a problem with my dropbox, and that company popped up to help with a £1 charge and it will be refunded after the service then I found that they took out 0.25, 0.45 and today they took out from my Paypal account £43.83.

I spoke to Paypal, and they said they would refund me, hope for the best!

Bank helped me out and is stopping payment to LEMONDALE scam LTD! Billed through ONLINE EXPERTS.ORG to my Paypal account.

My fault was should have watched my account closer. Went 4 months before I noticed it!
