Ashton Drake, let me tell you, they use a prototype in the ad pictures. But when you get the doll, it looks nothing like the pictures. I've returned all 4-6 dolls I've ordered for myself. It's a real bummer, you know? But I ordered 3 others for children and they loved them. So, I kept those only.

I bought the Presley doll from Ashton Drake for a Christmas present. Unfortunately, in early January, the arm fell off. I was pretty bummed out about it, but I returned it right away. I was told three times that a new doll was being shipped to me, but I never received it. I sent multiple emails and made several phone calls to the company, but I still didn't get my replacement doll. It was a real bummer.

Finally, I was told that I had to order another doll. I wasn't too happy about that, but I did it anyway. Got myself a Katie doll, a moses basket, and some extra clothes and bottles from Ashton Drake for Christmas. I was so excited to receive my order, but it took a whopping 4 weeks to get my hands on the doll. When I finally got it, I was disappointed to see that it looked nothing like Katie, the doll I ordered. It was nearly bald, and I was not happy about it.

To make matters worse, the moses basket box arrived, and it was not what I ordered. Instead of the basket, I got a huge deer lamp. I called the customer service to try and get them to send me the right item, but they told me I had to return the lamp before they would send me the basket. They also said that it would be January before they were back in stock. I was so upset because this was supposed to be a Santa present, but they showed zero compassion.

Three days later, I got an email saying that the correct item had been sent, but I needed to send the lamp back, or I would be charged $165 for it. I was so frustrated with their service.

Within two weeks of getting the baby, it began to mildew inside, turning fingers, toes, ears, and nose purple-black. My daughter has never combed the sparse hair, yet it now has fallen out and resembles wire brillo pad. The arms and legs are coming unsewed, and stuffing is sticking out. The paint is gone from the mouth, leaving chip marks from using the Ashton Drake pacifier.

Three months later, and they've started randomly charging my credit card $78. I have no clue why they're doing this. I paid $310 total for my order upfront, with no payment plan or club memberships, and it was NOT worth it.

I would love to get a refund, but it was from Santa, and my child still believes in Santa. How this place stays in business, I have no idea. I guess I get to spend my Monday morning arguing about how to get back the $78 they just stole from me.

My mom purchased the Olivia doll for my mammaw. She completed her purchase in the beginning of June. My mom called to check the status and was told they had an apartment address, well that was corrected. They told my mom it would be shipped in 8-9 days from that point. She called them back today to check the status and was told it won't be shipped until September 9th because they are out of stock. My mom then requested a refund and cancel the order. They told my mom there would be no refund because they hadn't collected the money, which is untrue at the end of this disastrous interaction they attempted to sell my mom a face mask. Returning customer from 20yrs. Placed an order first time as a New Customer. Make my selection of doll my payment objections of installments. $31.35 took out of my acct.. Received an order # by email. So I just called to ask a question. My order was cancelled. It was done Wed. I received no email stating they needed entire balance. But they claim my money was pending. I disagree. My money is OUT. Maybe pending on your end Iam assuming. As a returning old but new customer those oppositions should ve never been given or at least notification by email. It's funny on how it took 5 sec to take my money but with including the day I ordered and 3 to 5 business days, that's 7 days to give me back my money! Why do ashton drake customers need to wait until your warehouse receive the return package to issue refund? Per your customer service agent , it will take 3 weeks to receive the return package. This business practice have no faith and is unprofessional and discourage customer like myself to order again. *** Your description of the doll did not indicate whether the doll is full limbs or half or quarter limbs. I ordered a doll from another company for my daughters birthday***. So I decided to try this one as I have heard all good things and know someone who personally ordered a doll from Ashton Drake with no issues. I placed my order on May 10th. I paid for 2 day shipping. They have been giving me the run around ever since saying my address didnt match. So I changed cards, my daughters birthday was May 12th. I told her it would be here 2 days later. It is now the 18th and still no doll. And I called Friday and was promised it would ship by Monday. I called again today and was told they are still waiting for the payment to process and it will be shipped tomorrow or Wednesday morning at the lasted and they are suppose to be doing over night shipping. I will never buy from them again, I received my doll I purchased damaged. There was not a return label in the box I called so they can send me one well I was waiting and waiting and they said they must get the doll back in a reasonable time. I ordered a doll for my daughter for Christmas. I opened the box before Christmas to be sure it wasn't damaged or anything and the doll was HIDEOUS. Looked nothing like the picture. I decided to email and ask for a refund. Due to the holidays was the reason I assumed they didn't respond promptly. No problem. I'm understanding. They responded saying to return the doll with the return label. The doll didn't come with a return label. It took a few more days for them to respond that they sent me a separate email with a new return label. After searching all avenues of my emails... they didn't send one. I emailed AGAIN and was told they MAILED one per my request? Ok... fine. As long as I get to return it soon, ok... still haven't received the label. I've never had this much difficulty returning an item. Especially something SO EXPENSIVE! I'm very disappointed in the customer service.

I would give Ashton Drake no stars if possible. I ordered a doll two months ago for my daughters birthday and it was supposed to be delivered this week. Just checked to see when it would be delivered and they tell me that it is back ordered now until October but their website says that shipping starts September 25 - I feel that they are not forthcoming on their services I have called their customer service and they have not been very helpful. When I asked why I haven't received notification about this delay they told me that they sent a letter in the mail (who sends letters about online orders? - especially when they can send marketing emails for me to spend my money with them at least twice daily). Opened inside box to find it was obviously a older doll with glued on hair. Sight description says hand rooted hair. Inside box was torn and taped. Definitely sent me a once returned doll from years past. Called to see if they could replace with quality I was paying for and was told they couldn't send replacement until I sent imposter doll back which would take 3 to four weeks. I need it in 3 days. Have been told so many lies by customer service I can't even take any more. Asked for a possible credit of some sort for not getting the quality of doll advertised and was told only option Is to return and not have a gift. I have bought other dolls from them and they are beautiful. Unfortunately by not making this right. It will be my last and will never recommend this company in the future.

I am completely unsatisfied with my experience with the entire order process and doll. I ordered two dolls, one for each of my daughters. After reading a lot of reviews (after I ordered) I decided it probably wasn't worth the money and called to cancel (not even 8 hours after ordering). The woman told me I couldn't cancel because my dolls were already shipped... so if I want, I can return it once I get them and get my money back.. when? Ridiculous! Next thing, I realized that I was put in a membership that I had to call to have cancelled, not once but THREE times! What the heck?! It gets worse... I looked at my bank account and thank god I did! Ashton Drake charged 4 extra amounts totaling over $700.00 on-top of the almost $400.00 that I had already spent on the dolls! One of the two dolls arrived this week and I am so upset! They are not a good doll at all. Not worth $50.00 let alone near $200! I am outraged! I have spent so much time and money on this company to have to now go through so many hoops to try to get my money back! Absolutely ridiculous! I wouldn't even leave one star but you have to in order to leave a review of how awful this company is. DO NOT give them your card number and if you have, definitely check your bank account!

I'm extremely disappointed in the company, the customer service and the Ashley Doll. I ordered it for my daughter for Christmas, the doll did not hold up to the standards we expected. It only took breaths when you would turn it off and on. It was not as cute as pictures made her look as well. January 27 we decided to send it back. The 1st representative was very nice and helpful. He told me the refund would be in my account 3-5 days. February 1 fedex reported that the doll was delivered. No refund what's so ever. I called again they claimed they didn't have the doll yet. After multiple attempts I was getting nowhere. Then a payment came out of my account for the doll. I called again they couldn't credit me back but said my money should be coming soon. Then the lady said I'll even take your card info off so they can't take anymore payments. Feb 18 still no refund I called again and they said by Monday it'll be there. Of course nothing so I attempted to call on Monday they said by Wednesday it'll be there. Today I did not get my refund then they told me they sent out a check today since my card info wasn't on file. The customer service was extremely rude, I have not received my money or even a simple apology for the inconvenience and how bad they continue to mess up. I would highly suggest you stay away from there products and there horrible customer service. Worst mistake ever thinking I should order from them!

I went to purchase 2 dolls for my children. The problem is their payment information, lack of information, and what little info they do supply it is incorrect.

I signed up for payment plans on both. It gave me the option to do so. But then they charged me this weird amount of money. And I am not sure why? So I decided to cancel the order. It says in order to get a refund, you need to call their 24/7 hotline.
The number they provide is not to the order/refund department, it is to their membership. Which by the way, you get signed up automatically. And will be charged monthly if you do not cancel. WHICH ALSO is a pain. So good luck with that.
ALSO...the line you do want is actually *** And they not only don't tell you their office hours...but they are not 24/7 like stated. The membership line also doesn't have information on that part. Soooooo...I suppose call in the middle of the day so you can get all time zones. In hopes to get a hold of them?

The emails they send you are not detailed. They don't itemize anything and the payments never match whatever they state.

I was told they would be shipped in October, but when I checked on the status today, it said they wouldn't be here until the end of November. So, I ordered a doll from Ashton Drake on December 21st and paid extra for two-day shipping. But, it's been seven days and I still haven't received my doll. I checked the tracking on Thursday and it said it would be delivered on Saturday, but it's now Monday and still no doll. I called customer service and they told me that the tracking says it was delivered on Saturday. I told them that it's been saying that all week. They offered me $20 to make up for it, but I still haven't received my refund for the doll. So, if you're thinking about buying from Ashton Drake, be careful.

So, I ordered a doll from Ashton Drake and let me tell you, it was not what I was expecting. I bought 2 dolls from Ashton Drake and I gotta say, they ain't lookin' too real. The hair on 'em looks like it belongs to Michael Myers or somethin'. And they don't even look like the pictures they show on the website. But hey, at least they gave me my money back for the first one pretty quick. So, I bought a couple of dolls from Ashton Drake on 11/28/21. I had some trouble with customer service, they weren't much help. I was worried that my dolls wouldn't arrive on time, but they did. When I opened the box, I was a little disappointed. The dolls didn't look as good as they did online. The hair wasn't as nice as I thought it would be. I don't think I would buy from them again because the quality wasn't great for the price. The service wasn't great either. But, my nieces were happy with the dolls, so that's good. I'm sure there are better places to buy dolls from.

So, I wanted to share my experience with Ashton Drake. I had some issues with their customer service, which was not good at all. I had to contact them to get a refund, and it was not an easy process. After I finally got the refund, they kept bothering me about paying for the returned doll. They even claimed that I owed them money for a chargeback, which was not true. Wells Fargo had already issued them a refund, and even the Ashton Drake agent admitted that it was their mistake. They told me to disregard their invoice in January, but then they sent another one asking for money that I didn't owe them.

I tried to explain the situation to them, but they refused to listen. They wouldn't even call my bank to verify the refund. Instead, they kept harassing me and sending me invoices. It was really frustrating, and I felt like they didn't care about me as a customer.

In the end, I had to file a police report on them and dispute their invoice. It was a lot of hassle and stress, and I wouldn't recommend Ashton Drake to anyone. Their customer service is terrible, and they don't seem to care about their customers at all. If you're thinking about buying from them, I would suggest looking elsewhere.

I was supposed to be refunded my shipping. They make you go through so much to be refunded for something they offered to refund because they messed up Credit card, they owe me money

On 08/12 I ordered a doll for my granddaughter who was having surgery on 08/17. I paid 35.94 for 2 day shipping. I received it Friday. The doll should have arrived on 08/14 and when it didn't I called Ashton Drake and was told it would be here by Wednesday, I told them fine it came on Friday while I was with my grandchild at the hospital. I WANT THE 35.94 REFUNDED TO ME. I did not get 2 day shipping.

I had cancelled my order yet there has been no refunds received. Item *** This item had not shipped when I was told that it would. I cancelled the order on August 30th. I was told originally that it would take 1-3 weeks for a refund. When I called back, September 22nd, after there was no refund issued, I was told that it would be another 2-4 weeks for a refund and that a department manager would call me within 24hrs. It has now been a week since I was supposed to receive that call. I am still yet to receive a refund.

No account cannot allow purchase. 2. Order was still held from prior attempt. 3. Ordered released for purchase and payment accepted. Received email on 12/04 that order was being prepared for shipping. No tracking number supplied. Pathway that. Was supplied kept coming up no order no activity for 12 months. Several calls tracking number was supplied. For ***. Copy of tracking supplied. Apparently the package was in 2 places at one time***. On 12/05. No further transportation documented. Contact with *** supplied me with information that they never received the package. They were puzzled on how one of there tracking numbers was on a package they never had. Attempts to contact today were useless. No one answered phone lines. An complaint by email has been sent.
