Great compny, we love our new door with glass insert. It looks so fancy and adds a touch of class to our crib. The folks at Artistic Entry Transformations really know their stuff when it comes to doors. They did a bang-up job on the installation too. The door fits like a glove and opens and closes smooth like butter. We couldn't be happier with the end result. wen we made the contract on September 2, they told us that our fancy iron gate and glass door would be put in within 12 - 14 weeks. but now it's the end of April and we still got nothin'. the most bothersome thing is the lack of communication. i had to be the one reachin' out every time (email, phone calls, text). you'd think a business would know how important it is to keep in touch with customers. we just hope that when we finally get our stuff, it's worth the long wait.

We bought a new house and got lots of extras, but we didn't get a glass front door 'cause the builder didn't have many choices and they were too expensive. The front entryway was really dark and gloomy 'cause there were no windows. But Artistic Entry had a big variety of glass styles that were super affordable. The work they did was top-notch and the owner and all the folks who worked there were nice, polite, and knew what they were doing. We really love our new door and now the entryway is all bright and happy.

We looked at a bunch of companies to make and put in our new 'Iron Door'. We picked Artistic Entry Transformation 'cause Eric talked real smart about it. They said it would take a real long time to finish the job. But it actually took a few weeks more 'cause of problems from the pandemic. If you go with this company, make sure you talk to Sandy. She's the one in charge of the work and putting in the door. She made sure we were happy with everything. The door turned out even better than we hoped. We really recommend this company. P & J

I hired Artistic Entry Transformations on 01/10/22 to make and put in two doors. They charged me for half the cost, but I still ain't got my doors yet and nobody has reached out to me to set up the installation.

I ordered a custom wrought iron gate in March *** December 2022. I gave a deposit of $1,150.00. I have called and e-mailed a number of times and they haven't responded in any way.

I placed my order on 8/6 and paid a deposit of $1700, which is 40% of the total price. The owner told me that my order would hopefully be ready by Christmas, but the receipt states that it would take *** weeks, which would be 24 weeks by 1/21. However, the owner keeps pushing the date back every month. It's really frustrating because the owner rarely responds to my phone calls or texts when I try to get information about my product. I have texts that show him not replying for months at a time. I've mentioned twice that I would like to see the product in person, but the owner hasn't been cooperative at all. He hasn't provided any proof of the product, and he hasn't taken any steps to resolve this issue.

I ordered an iron door from Artistic Entry Transformations on October 21. I paid a deposit and was told it would take 22 weeks for delivery. My order number is ***. I didn't get any updates about my order, so after waiting for 24 weeks, I called to inquire. Finally, on March 31, I received a text saying that the door was being prepared for welding. I texted again on April 23, as I still hadn't received any updates. I followed up once more on April 30. They told me that they were waiting for glass for 15 completed units. I asked for a timeframe and they said that I could have the door with plywood until the glass arrived. I made my last update request on June 3, but I haven't received a response yet.

This provider, Artistic Glass, has been a problem. I saw 2 other complaints and mine is the same. They said they would deliver and install our front door in 14 weeks, but we haven't heard anything. We ordered on March 9, and it's now August 5 (5 months), and they haven't even given us an update on when it will be done. They keep saying there's a problem with delivery and availability, but that's just an excuse. They should have told us about the long delay from the beginning so we could have gone with someone else. They advertise in magazines, but it's all misleading. I even recommended them to a friend who is now waiting a long time for their door too. I feel terrible for referring another customer to them. Can someone please help? Thanks.

We put down $2000 on a security door from Artistic Entry Transformations. They estimated it would be done around 09/29. I tried calling and emailing to check on it, but I have to keep chasing them. I left messages, but no one returns my calls. I also called and texted ***, and he only responds to my texts when he feels like it. I called the office and spoke to ***, telling him about the messages I left and the lack of response. His response was that it depends on when I left the messages. The door was supposed to be ready this week, but now they're saying it won't be until 04/22nd! I informed them in February that we were moving out of state and selling our house, but now it's really hard to get in touch with them. They were quick to deposit the check I wrote to them.
