Hello,

We bought a time share with Vallarta Gardens in Mexico on April 1, 2021. We were told at the time they would buy our timeshare to help pay for ownership. We had to wait 300 days and then we would close on 1/26/2022.

I was told we were guaranteed $142,000 at closing for our timeshare and for the 16 weeks total we sold back to Vallarta Gardens for 2021 and 2022.

I was told they had all paperwork and we were ready to go for closing.

On 1/26/22, when no money appeared in our bank account, I reached out to them. They told me they needed proof of ownership. I provided it. They said it would take 24 hours to process. I contacted when 24 hours had passed. Then they said something that didn't make any sense about a 41% tax and a 25% tax that had to be collected by the local tax office and needed proof and would take 60-90 days.

Nobody will call me back. Emails are unsigned.

Others have experienced this I am learning from your site. Vallarta Gardens and Arrow Marketing Group must be shut down! Justice must be served! People must be put in jail for these crimes!

Thank you for your time and follow up.

Desired outcome: The promised money put in our bank account.

Please ping me if you are interested in a group / class-action approach to suing / engaging VG / PILA / Arrow. We are already in touch with a lawyer in Puerto Vallarta.

My husband and me were victims of a sales presentation designed to make me believe Velas Vallarta was taking our property at a resort in Honolulu, and selling it to a Mexican buyer. The proceeds in the range from $15k to 20k would be applied to the new hacienda del mar timeshare sale. But there was never a REAL buyer. He never answered calls, text or mails.

We decided to finally cancel our contract. We hired a timeshare lawyer in minnesota, The process has been certainly cheaper. Check out what they offer here:
