Arrow Environmental Services review: Management response

I contacted Arrow on four separate occasions (once each month) to ask for someone from management to call me about my snow bushes that died because they weren’t treated properly. Each time I would ask for a supervisor which I would be transferred to a call center supervisor and that person would assure me that a management individual would contact me. Never heard from anyone, as a matter of fact, when I called to cancel my service contract, the person I spoke with didn’t seem to care that I was canceling.
