Arrigo Dodge Chrysler Jeep Sawgrass review: Service

This place is the biggest scam I have seen. I am very sure the people in the service department get some sort of commission and they lie and lie. I wonder how many people they are ripping off. I should have read the reviews before taking my Dodge Ram 1500 to this place. My truck was gauge was marking low oil even though it had oil and also the temperature gauge started showing over heating. I would park the vehicle and no smoke or leaks were visible. I took the truck to a mechanic , and I was told the oil and temperature sensor needed to be replaced the job cost was $1,260.00, after talking about it with my wife we decided the it was best to bring the truck to the dealer (Big mistake) . I drop my truck at Arrigo Dodge in Tamarac , I was sent a text saying i would get a video of the vehicle inspection ( I never did get the supposed video) the couple days later I got a call to tell me that based on the inspection of the vehicle , replacement of the oil sensor and temperature sensor was $2,260.00 double the cost of the other mechanic. I gave them the Ok to work on the truck. Couple days later I was called again and of course they try to tell me it was something else and they wanted to charge me more , my reply was that they had the truck for couple of days they evaluated and told me that the repair cost was $2,260.00 and I agreed even though it was double the cost of the other shop, and I was not going to pay a penny more. So, they try to make me spend (Up sale) more money. Then the following they I was told the truck was ready, I went and picked it up. A week later I was having the same temperature issue. I took the truck back to the dealer Friday September 8th and was told they could not help me because they were to busy to come back the following Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday. So, again I took the truck back September 20th 2023 and then first they tried to tell me that I never took the truck there for the temperature issue , then finally the admitted that they did changed the temperature sensor . I told them I took my truck there due to the temperature problem and they were paid to fixed and I wanted the issue resolved. Today two days later I was called and they wanted me to authorized to take the engine apart and that i would be charged for because my warranty was expired. Of course I did not authorized taking the engine apart. How come they did not mentioned any of this when I originally took my truck in. They already got paid $2,260.00 they did not fixed the problem , and now the want to come out with something else. I tried to talk to the service manager, of course he was in a meeting, l left my phone number and never heard back. I am picking up my truck tomorrow and believe me, this review is the first thing I am doing. I am not going to let these people get away with this.

My advise is please read the reviews of these dealer you will be amazed of the things these people do and get away with it. They lie , they actually stealing from clients. I will be placing a complaint with the Consumer Protection Agency, I will be contacting a few TV stations, and I will be posting it in every publication I can get my hands on to make people aware of this scam. Yes, no stars, this business don't even deserve the blank stars.
