On March 19th at 9:44 pm. I Attempted to play at the crap table placing bets of $25 each on hard 8 and 10, I then requested to place a $30 bet on number 8. Clearly communicating my intention to the dealer named Quincey. Despite my repeated requests and clear instructions. Quincey ignored me and incorrectly placed my $30 bet in the come bet area instead of on number 8. Despite my efforts to clarify and rectify the situation, the dealer proceeded to take my $30, insisting it was a come bet. This blatant disregard for my instructions and mishandling of my wager is unacceptable and severely impacted my gaming experience. This incident is not isolated, it occurred previously with the same dealer last year. I consistently face neglect and mistreatment from this dealer, which leads me to believe that it may be racially motivated, as I am Asian. This pattern of discrimination is unacceptable and tarnished the reputation of your establishment.
