ARCA International LLC review: Cashiers check made out to company was cashed and funds not returned

I mistakenly made a cashiers check for $15,000 made out to ARCA INTERNATIONAL LLC I sent it by Fed Ex to 25755 Loneforest Dr, South Riding, VA 20152. Prior to it being delivered, I notified Fed Ex that it was a fraudulent transaction and to cancel the delivery. Fed Ex said they would not deliver it, but they did anyway. Fed Ex tried to get package returned, but recipient stated they had cashed the check. I believe Fed Ex informed recipient he wasn't to receive it. ARCA INTERNATIONAL LLC is a Virginia Domestic Limited - Liability Company filed on Feb. 2,2022. The Company's filing status is Active and its File Number is [protected].
