You charged me for Latisse on January 14. It was never delivered. When I tried to contact you, you said you would send a password to my email. You DID NOT.
The phone number listed on the web for you is NOT IN SERVICE.
Shall I contact the District Attorney and file a claim for THEFT? I want to cancel any service from you and I want a REFUND for the product NOT DELIVERED. Clear enough?
Desired outcome: Refund for product not delivered. Cancellation for any service from you now and forever.

I ordered latisse on 11/23/19 thru groupon after ordering I realized it was a subscription and tried to cancel by sending an email I was unable to obtain a phone number. I do not want this product and wish to cancel. I notified my credit card company that I wanted to dispute this purchase and any future purchases. If you have a phone number or address for this company please submit it to me so I can cancel directly I am not sure if they received my email or not thank you for your time
