In September 2020 we purchased a travel program with Apollo Adventures. We paid $3,590 to have access to the lowest prices on hotels, condos, air travel, local discounts. The presentation stated that they will offer the lowest price and if we find a better price they will price match.

They DO NOT offer the lowest prices. Every single instance they were much higher and when I call in for the price match they always have some kind of excuse why their price is higher.

Suppose to have access to condo weeks starting at $299 for an entire week. None to be found. Last minute value condo weeks starting at $155 a week. None to be found. Hotels stating all major and minor hotel providers guaranteed lowest price and discounts applied upfront. NOPE.

I would like to have our investment back because due to their pricing we have NOT used one time! A ripoff, a scam, and I know shame on us. They made it sound believable.

Desired outcome: To get upfront $3,590 reimbursed

We went Friday, AUG 18, 2023 to the presentation at the Greenville, SC Hilton. Yes, they seem trust worthy. The material to sign in and check them out arrived Wednesday AUG 23. I immediately checked 4 areas of the US using the exact same dates and choosing specific hotels/resort. I got the website price and then contacted the same places directly, for the same room, for the same dates. The savings was about $150 total for each for the week's stay. We sent in the cancellation notice a couple of hours later. In my 61yrs of life, Saturday has never counted in the "3-business day" cancellation laws. Now it seems it does. The first person on the phone said the cutoff was Tuesday. We will see what happens. We all need to file suit against them; file complaints with the SC AG; notify the hotels these are a scam; post to their Twitter/X accounts for the world to see; work their customer service like dogs with constant calls; something. AUG 26 2023 follow up:

We were notified today by email that Apollo has processed our refund. The email stated it may take up to 5 days to appear, but the transaction was cancelled and funds returned. We had been concerned over the last two days because our calls were not being returned. This is a very welcome way to start the weekend. My wife and I are believers. We prayed yesterday for our Lord to be our advocate as it says in His Word. In light of finding SO many complaints about these guys over all forms of websites...and no other party reporting a refund received; we believe this was God looking out for us. DJ_in_SC - Don J.

I agreed and i would like to join in a suit! Please someone knowledgable please start this. My husband and I have the very same familiar complaint about Apollo Adventure after we went to one of their sales presenttion; paid $3995 for lifetime; this was on a Friday morning December 8, 2023 and your're right, wasn't told except for discovering the 3 days cancellation in the package after it took 3 days of just getting a log-in and password just to review the site and once we did I was no longer sold on this package and tried to cancel. I made a mistake and paid the amount using my debit/credit card and I tried desperately to get my bank to refund me these funds and I was disappointed with their decision not to do so (Capital One Bank). I did file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau as well but no response. I will continue to follow this website for any lawsuit or further complain filing that can get all of us with a refund for a scan company, ripped-off company like Apollo Adventure.
