APM passengers please be advised that if you are travelling from Gauteng to Eastern cape using this bus it doesn't stop at our hiking spot were all long distance buses stops, because buses arrive early in the morning and all taxis are not in town yet they are at our hiking spot waiting for passengers coming from Gauteng and cape town. on the 24th of November I was going to the Eastern cape(Cofimvaba St marks) from Gauteng attending my brother of which he was the 11 child to pass away from my parents if the funeral was on that day I could have missed my brothers funeral because you only get taxis going to the rural areas around one o'clock . We were suppose to jump off at St marks hiking spot, the driver didn't stop he sais the bus stops at Cofimvaba Rank we had to go back spending more than R100 instead of R30 local. For people who are coming from rural areas its not safe to go to Town early we become targets of cruel and ruthless people . Its a red bus with a Africa map

I booked a bus for 21 December time of departure 19h45pm...atoung 15h0ppm a text was sent that the bus will be late for 2 hours... Which was still fine around 9pm am still wating for the bus a text comes and speaks about technicall issues they will take 60mins to be resolved. I habmve been standing at the mountain mill mall Worcester since 2am I decided let me go home because these no where the bus will take 4hours to cone to Worcester. I want my full money back.

I returned on the 29 th may 2023 from Somerset west to Port Elizabeth using APM bus service.the bus arrived 2 hours late at shell garage sir Lowry's pass.the area is isolated and I am an elderly woman standing in the pouring rain for two hours.when we arrived in Port Elizabeth the drive hurried us out at a random bus stop in cape road,again in pouring rain,and not at the designated area DoP off spot which is McDonald's cape road.its the worst bust service,I will never use them again.in spite of all these negative reviews they continue business without improving their services.gm

There is a old guy driving this apm bus at 10 am 14th of December 2022 he violated me for the mistake done by my husband who had 1 can of drink outside his bus he shouted at him while he was quiet and when i repremanded him not to shout and told him he just had 1 can while we were waiting for a long time this idiot made me stand outside the bus to enter the bus last I'm not happy with the service and treatment

I booked a bus from Bloemfontein to Bellville for my wife and child on the 07/12/2022 with the departure time of 23:50, we stood there from 21:00 till 02:00 this morning when I left for work, when I phone my wife to hear if they left, she said the bus never arrived. that is really untrustworthy and unprofessional. they did not even send a message or phone the Tourism Centre to notify their poor customers that they have a problem or maybe that's their way of giving their customers a good service.

I will never book this bus again what a poor service I booked this bus for the 8th Nov for 23:25 they sent an sms that the bus will depart from George 01:25 but i went to the bus station at 10:50 since I don't have a transport to take me there that time I have waited up until 03:30 am where can I call them I really want my refund am calling that 087 number i can't go through.

I will never ever book this bus again never in my life ive booked Apm bus from Swellendam to Capetown going to an interview .the bus was suppose to arrive in at 03:55 now its 08:17 the bus has not yet arrive ,how bad it is for someone who is going to an interview in capetown at 08:30 moeeerrrrr

It was my first time on this bus shame u guys are affordable bt u being affordable is a risk bcx the way it Driver's drive on the Road just bcx they late is a risk to People's lives bcx now they are no longer concerned about Please arriving safely at all time is manageable bt for people to loose their lives is not a good thing to happen

Good day

I'm very disappointed with your service my son traveled 2022.09.06 from Johannesburg to Butterworth your busses broke 3 times and now from Queenstown to Butterworth he must stand there's no space in the bus what the he'll.

Can you please explain to me how you can you play with so many peoples life's

I need a explanation on this traveling so many hours and be uncomfortable

Very pathetic service.

We booked a bus for 17:00 from Cape Town to Bloemfontein and it is now 20:44 and there is no sign of the bus at all.

The guys that are weighing luggage have left us here with no explanation at all.

The only time there was correspondence was at 17:45 by a SMS saying bus has left the Depo and the depo is less that 30 minutes away.

We have also booked a return bus with Eagleliner for tomorrow but if we don't travel today, we forfeit our return tomorrow. All because of APM being late.

I am utterly disappointed in the services of this company..I booked my mom a bus from Grahamstown to Cape Town scheduled to leave grahamstown at 6...till now they are at the station waiting for the bus and the time now is 23:16

Booked a bus for 19H25 up to now am still waiting here for the bus, past 18h00 came a bus for 16h00. I am wonderibg what time will a 19h25 one arrive. Never again🤞

To who this may concern.I cannot express the disappointment in your services.You were quick to inform us of the delay of the bus from East London @14 & 14:20

But still 3 hours later ,we are still stuck in Queenstown.No communication on how you intend on resolving the matter has been made. We are left stranded.Your service is extremely atrocious.This is not how you treat your clients.

Aviwe we had the same problem in East London the bus was supposed to depart at 16.35 in the 7th, but it departed at 2am on the 8th this bus should be banned

My bus was scheduled for 18:00 and will arrive the following day at 06:00 From Cape Town to Queenstown. It us now 22:10and the bus hasn't arrived and we haven't been informed about the delay by anyone whatsoever.

It's draining .It's pathetic. I'm never booking this bus again. APM

APM bus registration number BM12PJ, bus number 065..

Supposed to depart Joburg at 20:00 for Mthatha on 21/04/2022..the bus arrived at 23:30. It's raining inside, passengers have to stand in the corridor to avoid the rain. The bus has no wipers, the windscreen was fogy and full of raindrops. The bus left me with another female at Kei Brick garage, we had to hike in order to rush after it and catch up.. When we got in he drove imidiately the door closed, he didn't wait for us to sit down, no Apology and the only reason why he actually stopped is because the passengers inside rebuked his behavior

I am very disappointed with the kind of service I got.

The bus I booked was scheduled to leave Cape Town Station @18:30 and arrive in Queenstown @07:00

It is now 21:58 and we are still at the station waiting for the bus with no updates whatsoever from the people who work for the APM company.

Bus from joburg to cape town has no shocks. The bus has no control from the driver. This is pathetic. This is what you expect from black owned businesses. I am black as well but this is just being greedy from the owner.

Pathetic service!

I booked a bus departing from Queenstown at 17:20 to Cape Town arriving at 05:00 as per the booking details on my ticket. Bus delayed by 2 hours. When the bus finally arrived at 19:07, the bus provided was raining inside the bus and overladed. We were then transferred to another bus while it was raining and there is no shelter. We stayed at Queenstown with no direction from any of the staff from the company telling us what is going on everyone was just mum not saying anything.

The extra people in the bus were told to get in the bus cabin or whatever you call the place where the drivers sleep on the side of the bus.

Imagine a bus from Queenstown to Cape Town overheating, what a disaster.

Your services are pathetic and a total BS, you have no respect for your passengers. I was traveling with a small child and due to report for work on the 23/03 and having to endure such services as if I did not pay for the services.

Oh and another one - teach your drivers customer service skills and how to be presentable, you cannot have drivers looking like taxi conductors and not even a single branded item that represents the company. You cannot even tell if they are drivers or passengers.

If you do not want to run and operate like a company, then quit and stop providing BS of a service that is extremely pathetic with your staff who have no customer service skills.

This bus is a Scam period, service is extremely poor. they never attend to their customers needs. I bought a ticket by them same week my brother passed away, so I had to cancel or change the date. I contacted them sent all the documents they needed. a guy called Ntsako who works for this bus contacted me after days on this and he promised to send a voucher as they don't do refunds. Which i will use as a ticket whenever i want to travel, till this day never heard anything from APM . Ntsako does not even respond to my emails
anymore. .

Attention Apm Management and staff

I am very angry and disappointed to what happened yesterday the bus leaves Cape Town 6pm and 2am they were still around Aberdeen they say it was a breakdown and know one knows about it until morning and you guys told us that the mechanic is on the way to fix the bus and that was the only solution you guys have and that was 8:30 the was no sign of a mechanic until 12:49 I am very disappointed those people were supposed to be at mthatha by 9:15 according to the time on the bus ticket…your service is very poor this is not the way of dealing with customers now seems like you are forcing us to go to the competitors and that is not a problem and you are forcing us to demand refund because we had to look for another transport, And i need a feedback to your actions

These is worst bus service ever and I will never recommend it to anyone, everything about the them is a fraud. My fiance and my one year old son had wait hours and hours for a bus. They bought a ticket that was suppose to depart at bosman Station suddenly they send an sms that the pickup point is changed to midrand. When we got there the bus was 4 hours late, we had to call their call center and they lied to us that the bus will be there in a sec these company must close its joke and an embarrassment to the south African bus service. My family had to take a bus that departs to umtata and drop them at park Station and those two drivers of that bus rude and made my fiance to pay 200 for luggage that wasn't heavy. Apm is scam and should be closed down emmidiately they so [censored]en desparate for our money but service dololo. No one must use the horrible bus service. They'll suck your blood until it's last drop

APM bus arrives late at pick up point. Bus has only two widow, no air-conditioning, too hot for the entire +-12 hours. No services what so ever. Worst experience

I'm boarding a bus from Park Station to Nqamakwe I checked for my ticket online which are R290 I arrive at the ticket counter they are they have a notice that's says out service. Then out of the blue while standing by their counter comes an alcohol smelling guy pulling my bags and wants to rush me to the bus. And demands I pay to him an amount of R600. When I get to the bus I complained to the driver about this and he also demanded I pay R60 more than the money that's in your website. ARE THE PRICES DIFFERE WHEN YOU PAY TO YOUR DRIVERS AS A STANDBY?

APM service is very poor and disgusting and will never book that bus in my life. I booked a ticket to Joburg from kokstad Sunday 14/03/2021. Ticket was written Kokstad to Johannesburg not specifying where in kokstad🤔. I Google their number cos there is no contact number written in the ticket and the number was not transferring me to any consultant until it goes to voice mail 😔
I waited for the bus at kokstad engine garage now they telling me that the bus doesn't stop at engine anymore they changed to shell garage🤔 No refund 😭😭😭 my gone to APM drain. I WILL NEVER BOOK THAT BUS with poor service no contact numbers at the back of ticket

I live in Cape Town, booked my kids to Eastern cape Eat London, the experience my kids had on this bus is unbelievable the bus departed @ 17:35 in CT on the 16/12 today is the 17/12 14:40 and they have still not arrived in East London, first the bus was stopped @ 11 PM in Mossel Bay because they do not have a permit, they waited untill 04:30 this morning then taxi's were send to have them picked up after waiting all those hours, they then got to PE and driver refused to leave as the bus company AMP payment is not reflecting the taxi then stood another 3+ hours there after asking a passanger to give R900 towards petrol and she will be refunded it has been almost 24hours that the kids are on the road and still not arrived in East London, when calling their numbers its impossible to get through to them .this is the most pathetic service ever received please have this busses removed as it is not reliable, safe nor trustworthy

I am currently on the bus from Johannesburg to Capetown and the heater is so hot it is burning my leg. I spoke to the driver and he has done nothing about it and I cannot move to another seat because they are all full.The music is so dam loud...worse service ever.

i booked the bus at shoprite in november hoping that the services for apm is excellent but when the time arrived for 24/12/2022 for us to go to durban you guys send the message to say the bus is cancelled how on earth is such ,we booked hotels hoping to get there on time,i was supposed to get to the hotel i booked the following morning,i was with 4 kids including the 10 months old kid we have to spend money to book another hotel in joburg for the safety of our kids,you said the bus is cancelled to the following morning which is 25/12/2022 but the bus never showed up till we try to get another transport,my check in was on the 25/12/2022 and check out was the 27/12/2022 going back to work on the 28/12/2022

even at durban the very same thing happen you send the message to say the bus has been prospond to the 28/12/2022 I had to book another bus to come to joburg. having to borrow money to book another bus whereas i trusted you enough to even book the return with you.i am very dissapointed and the only thing i need from you is the money i booked your bus ,you not even responding to the calls ,you dont care for our spending to your buses. put your shoes to our shoes the next time you dissapoint the other passenger some of us go to durban to visit we dont even have relatives once we checkout ,we expect the bus to take us as but you have the nerve to send message to say the bus was cancelled,may i please have my R4380 BACK
