At this moment I am so upset, disturbed, angry, disillusioned and disappointed, I am almost hysterical. Almost. But I am rational, not dangerous or threatening, wishing I could cry from the amount of emotion charging through me.
During last night, 09/23/2026, after midnight-- the time when I use my computer-- I began with AOL.com news as always. Immediately a news item appeared showing Leslie Stahl on CBS 60 Minutes tv show talking about Bill Gates, and a revolutionary, new over the-counter, not available in stores, supplement NOT RX, to miraculously and quickly cure Alzheimer's disease. Among others in the broadcast Clint Eastwood, Tom Hanks, Bill Gates, several known doctors including Stephen Gundry, appeared and gave testimonials to this new amazing quick-acting product.
Because it appeared on AOL news, with credible people such as Leslie Stahl, Tom Hanks, Stephen Gundry, and republican Clint Eastwood, I believed it was not just another scam advertisement filled with lies.
In addition to those testimonials, credible-sounding scientific "evidence" was presented along with information regarding BigPharm and it's response to this new product which would greatly harm their bottom line.
After watching the entire production I placed an order for 12 units of product for my 92 year old husband and myself, 85; this represented six months of treatment for memory loss. At our ages, any longer, hoped-for period of treatment would not be possible. Today I discover that this is just another scam. An expensive one. I have sent the "company" a cancel immediately order. I have heard nothing back yet.
This, on the heels of the covid fraud, Fauci's lies, proven fraudulent drug company's conspiracies, and anecdotal information regarding other "proved successful" RXs damaging lives every day, has removed any possibility of truth in advertising. Trust is destroyed.
I am so disturbed that there is absolutely no place to find truth and integrity any longer.
Copies of my complaint are also being sent to the Federal Trade Commission and Federal Communications Commission for their authorized oversight and involvement.
