Animal Hospital Inc review: Delivery of my dog medications

I am not satisfied with your service. I called for refill my dog medications and they shipped to my house 9/12 until now I did not receive them. I need full refund or my dog medications. It seems nobody care as long they took the money. I called before they told me to call the postal office or they will give me 1 of 2 meds. when I refused nobody called me back. the manager is carless refused to talked to me. I need my full refund or my dog medications. I am anesthesiologist in University hospital Cleveland Medical center drive from Solon to your place for my dogs medical care, this is the first time I request to ship it to my house because I have busy schedule.
