Dear Sir,
With due respect and honor to say that I and my younger brother Faisal faadil live in Bangladesh. We found an used/refurbished laptop supplier Anhui Sunborn Tourist Products Co., Dalian road Huishangzongbu building,#603, Hefei city Anhui province China, Henry/Jung Fang, Mobile:Tel: +86 [protected]/86-[protected] from most popular online platform Alibaba.com. For the first time we placed an order in Anhui Sunborn Tourist Products Co. for 38 pieces Laptop and according to made a payment 73204 rmb Chinese currency/11438.00 in USD. Few days later he said that he has no this configuration Laptop. For this we told him please refund the money and this time he gave me [protected]+200) rmb and 71004.00 rmb remains in his hand. Next time this company told me he has another configuration laptop and sent me an Invoice for 12 pieces laptop and I was agree with him. According to he sent me this laptop in my country but when we got this product in my Country we saw this company sent B graded 11 pieces laptop which price was 41008 rmb/6690.00 USD as per Proforma Invoice. we made a contract with him for A graded product but he sent B graded product. On the other hand he did not send Laptop bag and 4 pieces charging adapter. In this case he cheated us. On the other hand the rest amount [protected]) rmb/5030.00 USD remains in his hand. Few days later we told him please give me the rest money back but he did not any response in whatsup/wechat/Mobile phone for long time. Suddenly he responses and said that he had expenses the rest money in another purpose at a time he (Henry/Jung) said me that he will make up the rest money in next order. For this some days later we gave him an order for 10 pieces laptop. But he said that now Chinese festival is coming so I will send the laptop within 7-10th February. But in this time he did not response whatsup/wechat/Mobile phone. When he did not response we scared and throw a message that we will complain in Chinese embassy and your local police then he response and said me he refund the money 12/02/2022. But he did not send and not response yet. Now we will get money from him 32196.00 rmb/5030.00 USD. Dear we are poor business man so please help us for refund the rest money or product. We will get 11 (5030/450=11) pieces laptop as per Proforma Invoice and some money. Please help me.
