Angie's List (Angi) Home Repair Co. review: Failure to fix a leaking roof after being paid to do the job.

On October/19/2022, Angi sent a roofer by the name of Derick Johnson to repair a couple leaks in my roof. The roof is very new. It is a metal roof that was installed in 2019. I am working with the Chicago Attorney Generals office to find the people who did the initial installation . Meanwhile, I called Angi, described the problem, sent photos, and they took on the job of repairing it.

I explained to both Angie's support people that I had 2 other professionals look at the roof and they both agreed that the flashing was improperly installed. I also explained this to the roofer Angi sent out.

I paid an additional 300.00 to this guy, I have the receipt, after paying Angi over 500.00, to stop the leak. I went out back today and the same area is still leaking. I do have before and after pictures showing exactly what the roofer from Angie's office did. My number is 770/883/0288.
