I ordered 3 magnetic phone cables from an Ad on Facebook in January. The address on the page has a contact address of 3200 North America Drive, West Seneca NY, 14224 - [protected]@magnetic phone cable.com.
I received an email on Feb 9, 2017 at 12:M advising my order was on the way.
Upon receiving the package, enclosed was a generic white USB cable which can be bought at any Seven-11 store, not the magnetic cables advertised and ordered x 3. The package had a label with a return address of AN & Associates, 2740 Slough Street, Mississauga L4T 1G3.
I have sent an email to the [protected]@magnetic address requesting a full refund ($34.92 USD) and where I can return the cable to as well as a complaint to the company in Mississauga requesting the same and an offer to return the cable in person.
When I queried AN & Associates a number of BBB complaints came up so I am filing one with regards to this particular instance as well.
I googled two addresses in the US - 3200 North American Drive, West Seneca NY and 1711 Cudaback Ave, Niagara Falls NY. The first address appears to be a vacant field or lot and the latter is actually a company located at 1683 Cudaback called CBI which is a mailbox rental service that I am assuming is for online orders to the US and Canada (both flags adorn the sign on the building). Not impressed.

I purchased the above Genius Voice Recorer for $ 86.94 on February 14. I found out about it from an advertisement on Facebook. The # is [protected].1
There was also an ID listed - 1JP291079238505D
I never received a receipt email for the purchase and to date the Recorder never arrived.
Please let me know what is happening.

FB ad got me too. Ordered two of those new umbrellas that are supposed to be easier to get into a car or front door with. As soon as I opened one a piece popped off that wouldn’t go back on and one of them wasn’t the design I picked out. Don’t bother calling the 905 number under customer care. It says, “number not assigned” whatever that means. Christmas Eve wrapping presents and no present for someone now. Lesson learned I guess.
I order 3 hoodies and paid with paypal on october 18 after payment i received no confirmation email no one ever answers the phone.

Order# 159664. Heated Gloves advertised on Facebook. Ordered 11/6/18. Stated item would ship between 14 and 21 days. Has now been 28. I have sent 3 emails inquiring as to the status. Not 1 single response.
I ordered a 32 gb flash drive to download photos from my android phone. When it arrived with no invoice and no paperwork, I find that the connection to the phone is not a standard phone USB size and it will not fit my phone - rendering this expensive flash drive useless.
How can I contact the company and/or return this useless product?

The flash drive does not work. I have no receipt to return it. All I have is the package that it came in. I'm afraid to send it back to the address that is on the package. I'm afraid I won't get my refund back. Doesn't look like this is a legitimate company. I never order things on line but I thought I would try. Never again! Learned my lesson.

did not receive complete No phone attach
I ordered the solar powered foundation pump earlier this year and just got around to opening box and putting together. There is no piece B1 to install and the center piece does not fit snuggly enough to operate properly without B1. How can I get the "B1" part? Any suggestions on how to proceed? Thank you very much!
