In my visa account closing 2/18/11, there are four unknown charges as followS: $7.41, $3.22, $6.79, $2.22? I did not authorize these charges! They are called AMAZON MKTPLACE PMTS? What can I do now?
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

My name is, " James Ramsay." I live at 603 NE 106 Ave. Vancouver, WA 98664. I ordered a pack of aaa rechargeable batteries, I paid $19.95 on a chase visa card ( 6889 ) It has been a long time now & I still have not received the batteries, either refund the charge or ship the batteries. Thank's JR

I have 3 charges on my Master Charge account in Feb. 2011 for $14.75, $16.99, and $15.67 for 3 Ellis Island DVD's. We returned one unopened and as yet have not received a Credit . How do we resolve this?
