My husband was in three different hospitals and three different physical rehab centers. Every time he needed to be moved, we were assured that the cost was covered by Kaiser. The hospital or rehab would order transportation by AMR and we would end up being billed by you. The doctors ordering the transport and the doctors receiving him both denied responsibility for the charges. My husband died in Hospice [protected] after being transported there by AMR. We keep getting bill after bill after bill. My income is $570 a month from Social Security. My husband's Social Security has stopped and I was told there are no more payments to us. The bills just keep coming. Today is another bill for $400. I cannot pay this and still have a $200 bill we owe you. The bills should be paid by whomever ordered you to move my husband and who assured me there would be no charge to us.

Claimed loss: We should not owe anything for transportation we did not authorize and which was said to be at no charge to us.

Desired outcome: Bills to us should be paid by whomever ordered the transportation for my husband, Michael Fitzgerald Kelleher. His widow, Joanna Kelleher11641 Laurel Lane, Parker, CO 80138
