Amintore Confalonieri from www.guidepoint.com review: Defrauding customers with fake business consultations and investments 6

I was defrauded by a fake business consultant and investor. His goes by the name Amintore Confalonieri and he resides in Venezuela. He presents himself on his multiple online profiles as a powerful entrepreneur and business mentor:

He advertises webinars to help startups and business-minded people in general. Those webinars are supposedly endorsed by an expert network company with the name www.guidepoint.com
After connecting on LinkedIn with Confalonieri, I was impressed by his credentials and I innocently signed up for one of his webinars. After three cancellations on his part and one botched attempt to connect on Zoom I asked for a refund of my money $150 USD. I received a phone call from Confalonieri himself (not from Guidepoint) telling me that the technical difficulties were on my end therefore I was not entitled to a refund if I couldn't make things work in Zoom. That's when I realized it was a scam.
I immediately looked him up online and found hundreds of fraud and scam reports on Confalonieri.
Not only has he no experience in business but his LinkedIn profile is a complete lie that changes every couple of months (proof attached). He adds, changes and deletes company names, titles, and many other details as-needed to serve his cons better and when he is caught he switches the profile again.
I also found out he has another alias @mrboova as a photographer and he also scams victims using the name Booba Valentino.
The companies he is supposed to have founded as an entrepreneur are called Muchachomalo and Custo Barcelona but there is plenty of proof online that he never founded such companies.
Also as per his LinkedIn profile he is supposed to be currently donating his time as a business mentor at the non-profit organizations MicroMentor and Rotary International but that's also a lie.

On his GoDaddy website he claims that someone defamed him and that's the reason about the negative reports online. However that doesn't make any sense because it's him who advertises the fake business seminars and it's him who put the information on his social media.

I put a claim with my cash app to recover my money but it's still pending.

Beware EVERYTHING about this fake investor and business tycoon is a LIE.
