American Fidelity Assurance Co review: Claims processing

I have been trying to get reimbursed for Life insurance premiums based on a waiver that I have also been paying. I have spoken with LuAnn Stuart, who processed the claim on Tuesday, October 21, 2023 and said she would request that the check be mailed to me overnight. I did not receive the check and have left messages and emails for her. She does not call back or respond. On Wednesday, October 22, 2023 I spoke with Latondra who would not provide her last name. She advised that the check had been processed and cut, but I wouldn't recieve it until Thursday. I did not receive the check. I left messages and did not receive a call back. On Thursday, October 23, 2023, I spoke with Mallory Hudson who advised that the check had been cut but could not be located. She has not answered my calls. Today, October 24, 2023 I chatted online with Yamilette S. and she advised that the check has still not been located. She tried to transfer me to the correct department but was not able to through chat. I was advised I would receive a callback. I advised that I had no faith in that but it was my only option. I am now on the phone with customer service and have been advised that the check has still not been located. I am disabled, with low vision, and this has been a nightmare. I am currently negative in my checking account due to this, I am on a limited income and they know that because I also have a disability policy with them.
