Im a new homeowner, so after a storm damaged my roof, I had no idea how to get my roof repaired or how to navigate the home insurance claim nightmare. I was so grateful when my friends husband (who is a contractor specializing in home insurance jobs) recommended I call a company local to me called American Custom Contractors. My friends husband told me he had worked with the company previously and knew that the company had good people, does good work, and is trustworthy. Im happy to say that he was 100% right. Initially, my home insurance company only wanted to pay to replace a few shingles on my roof, but American Custom Contractors advocated on my behalf, and we were able to get the home insurance to replace my whole roof! There was months of back and forth with the home insurance company, but American Custom Contractors really allayed my anxiety during this whole process. In fact, everyone I met and spoke to at the company knew exactly what they were doing and were polite and professional. I felt like I was in good hands during the entire process. Im happy to say my roof is now brand new and beautiful. I highly recommend American Custom Contractors for their superb customer service and high quality work.

I spent 21 years in the U.S. Marine Corps, and the way I was taught and learned and always used to get things done efficiently and correctly and thoroughly and successfully, were reflected in every aspect of the roof replacement job completed on my home by American Custom Contractors. From the day I first met with and spoke with an American Custom Contractor, through the processing phase by my Insurance company of all necessary paper work; up to the delivery of materials and the completion of all work in an expeditious and outstanding manner, American Custom Contractors never missed a beat! All work to be completed was thoroughly explained to me prior to the actual work getting started. Throughout the roofing work a Company Project Manager was on site to support the roofing crew and to ensure things were going smoothly---while also available to my wife and I to answer any questions we might have. American Custom Contractors is by far, one of, if not the one organization that has most surpassed all of my expectations, and they completed all work in a timely and exceptional manner just the way they indicated it would be completed. I am more than satisfied with my new roof and the work done by American Custom Contractor. I unhesitatingly recommend them to others seeking a very qualified, proven, and professional Contractor for their roofing requirements or whatever home requirements they have that parallel the Company's capabilities.

Furthermore, their customer service is abysmal. Every time we reached out to them, it felt like pulling teeth just to get a response. They were unresponsive and unhelpful, showing a complete lack of professionalism and care for their customers.

In addition to the shoddy work and lack of customer support, their contractors were also rude and disrespectful. It was clear that they did not value our time or concerns, and their attitude only added to the frustration and stress of the situation.

Overall, I would strongly advise against hiring American Custom Contractors for any roofing or construction needs. Their poor workmanship, lack of accountability, and terrible customer service make them a company to avoid at all costs. Save yourself the headache and find a more reliable and reputable contractor.
